About this site
About this blog
I'm Andrew Lee Jenkins. I build CRM software for a living and run a marketing agency for home service contractors. This blog is where I write about CRM economics, data hygiene, referral systems, licensing, white-labeling, and the daily chaos of building software while running an agency.
Most of what you'll read here comes from real projects - things I built, broke, fixed, and shipped. If I'm writing about it, I've probably done it wrong at least once first.
Seedly CRM
Seedly CRM is the product I've been building for the past three years. It's a source-code CRM - you buy it once, deploy it yourself, and never pay monthly fees. Built on Next.js and Convex. Over 800 hours of development so far.
